the aqua park was easily accessible. there was a large selection of foods available including local dishes. i enjoyed daytime activities plus evening activities. live music played during dinner which i adored. rooms were cleaned each day , made my visit very relaxing

i asked reception for an iron but it never came. i tipped and it arrived much faster. towels were removed while at breakfast, that was not ideal

the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions and amenities a shuttle service runs regularly making trips into the city center straightforward. nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience wanting to explore the area. taxi services are readily available outside the hotel

the staff were very friendly and accommodating always ready to assist with any requests the reception desk was efficient. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay which i am thankful for

the staff was helpful. the animation team was great and made the evenings fun. they were very good with the kids. toiletries were given only on the first day so bring your own or ask at reception. one restaurant was closed because it was being refurbished.

some of the slides were closed for refurbishment but there was still plenty to do.

small gymlimited channels

The gym was small and lacked proper equipment. i noticed only a few treadmills and weights. the tv in my room had limited channels. Most were in languages i don't understand. this made evenings quite boring (i wish i had brought a book).

The water slides provided endless fun. My kids spent hours there! the room offered ample space and it was clean too. staff members were friendly, especially in the dining areas.
